Tax Solicitor – 2-3 Years PQE – €85-95k

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Solicitor with 2‑3 years post‑qualification experience to join a top‑tier law firm’s growing tax department. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions and tax advisory work, supporting clients on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings and more.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate tax aspects of reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment.
• Support M&A activities, including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, disposals and IPOs.
• Handle private equity, property transactions and share‑based remuneration schemes.
• Provide guidance on employment taxation, VAT and other indirect taxes.
• Manage tax disputes and liaise with international tax counsel on cross‑border matters.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years post‑qualification experience in tax law.
• Strong academic background in tax, law, accountancy or a related discipline.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative work style and a strong enthusiasm for learning and development.

• Salary range €85‑95k per annum.
• Total compensation package up to €125k, including pension, bonus, healthcare and fees paid.
