About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Dublin team at Stelfox, a leading technology talent company. You will manage a permanent recruitment desk, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and driving the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow a profitable permanent recruitment desk focused on technology talent.
• Partner with clients to define hiring requirements, map organisational structures and align on growth plans.
• Lead proactive candidate sourcing initiatives and convert new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular engagement with candidates and clients, including organising networking events and delivering presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients.
• Cross‑sell additional disciplines and introduce wider group services to deepen client relationships.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in technology recruitment within an agency environment.
• Full recruitment lifecycle experience, from sourcing to placement.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, win new business and maximise existing accounts.
• Target‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with a collaborative yet independent work style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident professional presence.
• Demonstrated history of high performance and resilience in a sales‑led role.
