Training Lead – CRM/ERP Rollout

About the role

We are looking for a Training Lead to drive the organisation‑wide rollout of a new CRM/ERP system and the Dayforce HR & Payroll platform. Based at our Dunboyne head office, you will ensure employees are prepared, confident and able to adopt the new tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan aligned with change‑management and adoption strategies.
• Identify role‑based and process‑led training needs through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Create, curate and maintain training materials such as presentations, user manuals, quick reference guides and e‑learning modules.
• Coordinate all logistics of training delivery, ensuring consistency across business units.
• Work closely with Key Users, Super Users and the Project Konnect manager to align training with redesigned processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training programmes.
• Strong understanding of CRM/ERP implementations and change‑management environments.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple business units and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
