Visitor Experience Assistant

About the role

As a Guinness Storehouse Assistant on the Visitor Experience Team, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering engaging and memorable experiences to the millions of guests who visit the world‑famous attraction each year.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class customer service, welcoming and valuing every visitor.
• Guide guests through tasting, pouring and interactive brand experiences.
• Host orientations and presentations confidently to groups.
• Maintain operational excellence, including health, safety and service standards.
• Represent the Guinness brand with pride and integrity.
• Support a clean, safe and inclusive environment for all visitors.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, tourism or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Positive, energetic and team‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of roles and schedules.
• Additional languages are desirable but not essential.
