About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously.
• Take orders and serve food, drinks and desserts accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments and process tips through the Tronc system.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – a passion for pizza and hospitality is essential.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a desire to deliver top‑notch service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
• Commitment to inclusivity, respect and teamwork.
