Accelerated Growth Consultant – English & Italian

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is looking for an Accelerated Growth Consultant who will partner with small and medium‑size businesses in Italy to drive rapid revenue growth. The role requires fluency in English and Italian, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to translate complex advertising solutions into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with SMB owners, agencies, and advertisers.
• Design and execute full‑funnel strategies that increase return on investment and scale business revenue.
• Identify high‑potential clients, conduct needs assessments, and recommend Google advertising products.
• Own a portfolio, meet or exceed quota targets, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing or consulting.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and over‑achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in both English and Italian.
• Experience in fast‑changing, start‑up or high‑growth environments.
