Inside Sales Representative – Belgium (Dutch/French)

About the role
NetApp is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive new customer acquisition and growth in Belgium. You will use an omni‑channel approach to engage prospects and existing customers, qualify their business challenges, and position NetApp’s hybrid‑cloud and data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and cross‑selling through phone, email, and digital outreach.
- Prospect inbound and outbound leads to build a qualified pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and communicate NetApp’s value across multiple use cases.
- Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, and technical teams to deliver proposals.
- Generate new business via cold calling, targeted campaigns, and social selling.
- Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead‑generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Work closely with sales, technical specialists, and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of inside‑sales experience (internships welcome) with full pipeline ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Genuine curiosity and understanding of cloud, storage, or IT solutions.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
