National Account Executive – Fixed‑Term (12 months)

About the role
We are seeking a National Account Executive to join Nestlé Ireland’s sales team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, you will support the execution of customer plans and manage promotional and contractual activities across the Irish market.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clear communication with customers and ensure all internal and external documentation for promotions is accurate and timely.
- Process and verify customer cost cards, including EAN, pack sizes, line codes and pricing, and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual payment information and support trade‑spend reporting and accrual management.
- Maintain and update promotion data in VisualFabriq and MAP/Visicom, supporting the field sales team with up‑to‑date information.
- Collaborate with Sales Finance to validate debit notes and take corrective actions where needed.
Required profile
- Commercial or administrative experience within the FMCG sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering accurate results.
Required skills
- Experience using VisualFabriq for promotion management.
- Familiarity with MAP/Visicom for sales communication.
