Accommodation Assistant

About the role

Join Castleknock Hotel, an award‑winning 4‑star property in Dublin 15, as an Accommodation Assistant. You will help create a welcoming environment by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain spotlessly clean bedrooms for all guests.
• Keep corridors, pantries and other public areas on your floor tidy and in good condition.
• Stock and clean accommodation trolleys regularly.
• Carry out weekly, monthly and yearly deep‑cleaning tasks as directed by the accommodation supervisor.
• Perform daily room cleaning and any additional duties assigned by the accommodation manager or supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritisation.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a professional image.
