We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious, design‑led hair salon in Dublin. The role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and commercial accountability to maintain the salon’s reputation for artistry and high‑profile client service.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, mentor and manage a team of 38 professionals, fostering a polished, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee day‑to‑day salon operations, ensuring flawless client touchpoints and adherence to luxury standards.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth and key business KPIs, cultivating a strong retail culture.
• Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to exceed targets.
• Manage stock control, inventory and commercial decisions with a results‑driven mindset.
• Deliver a white‑glove experience for VIP and discerning clients, handling interactions with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a senior management role within luxury hospitality, premium retail or high‑end beauty.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing large teams.
• Strong HR and performance‑management expertise.
• Calm, decisive and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about luxury service, client experience and business growth.
