Account Manager

About the role

Escalate is a Dublin‑based creative solutions agency looking for an Account Manager to join its client services team. You will own multiple consumer‑brand accounts, ensuring day‑to‑day management, performance optimisation and alignment with growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for several client accounts, overseeing all daily activities.
• Collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to design and execute high‑performing social media strategies.
• Plan and schedule content, maintaining detailed calendars across brands.
• Write engaging, brand‑aligned captions and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage paid social initiatives, including boosting and light campaign management, and track results.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise content based on insights, and produce monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and platform changes, proposing growth opportunities to clients.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a social media, agency or comparable role.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts independently.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of juggling multiple projects.
• Strong communicator comfortable presenting ideas directly to clients.
• Strategic mindset linking content to business outcomes.
• Passion for food & drink brands and performance‑driven social media.
