About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a leading financial services organisation in Dublin on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while leading the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive commercial results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead integrated campaign planning and execution across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Manage the full creative process, from briefing agencies to production, delivery and optimisation.
- Own day‑to‑day relationships with the creative/branding agency.
- Support go‑to‑market activities for product launches and updates.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager on digital campaign activation (search, social, display) and analyse performance data to inform decisions.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team, ensuring high performance and development.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role with strong campaign management expertise.
- Proven experience managing external creative agencies and large budgets.
- Commercially strategic mindset with a data‑driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
