Marketing Manager – Fintech Brand & Communications

About the role

As the Marketing Manager for Qashio, you will shape and execute the brand, communications and demand‑generation strategy across Europe. You will be the voice of a fintech spend‑management platform, targeting CFOs, finance teams and senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Qashio’s brand narrative, mission and messaging aligned with its value proposition.
• Ensure consistent tone and identity across all external communications, including website, blog, social media, PR and events.
• Define customer personas (CFOs, finance managers, SME founders) and tailor messaging accordingly.
• Lead content creation such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with finance and operations experts to produce educational fintech content.
• Oversee the content calendar, aligning with product launches and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, analysts, partners and fintech influencers.
• Design and execute PR campaigns to boost visibility and credibility.
• Represent Qashio at industry events, webinars and conferences.
• Identify and coordinate co‑marketing programmes with strategic partners.
• Manage the brand and communications budget and coordinate external agencies.
• Define and track brand KPIs and use analytics tools to measure performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, financial services or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in brand marketing, content strategy, communications or PR.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, able to translate complex financial products into clear messaging.
• Strong project‑management abilities and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
