Account Manager, LCS (French, English)

About the role

The Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (LCS) will join Google’s strategic sales team, focusing on the region’s leading brands and agencies. Working in a bilingual French‑English environment, you will sell Google’s full suite of advertising solutions—including Search, YouTube and measurement products—to help customers achieve ambitious growth goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior customer leadership and key stakeholders, leading strategic discussions to uncover business objectives and translate them into high‑impact advertising strategies.
• Build and pitch data‑driven advertising solutions across Search, YouTube and other Google platforms, handling objections and consistently meeting sales targets.
• Analyze performance data to extract insights, identify innovative growth opportunities, and generate qualified upsell pipelines.
• Develop trusted relationships with internal product, sales and operations teams as well as external customers and agencies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and delivery of measurable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media or marketing roles.
• Fluent in both English and French, with proven ability to manage client relationships in the region.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a business‑related field, experience in a complex matrixed organization, and at least 1 year managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
