About the role
The Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (LCS) will join Google’s strategic sales team, focusing on the region’s leading brands and agencies. Working in a bilingual French‑English environment, you will sell Google’s full suite of advertising solutions—including Search, YouTube and measurement products—to help customers achieve ambitious growth goals.
Key responsibilities
- Engage senior customer leadership and key stakeholders, leading strategic discussions to uncover business objectives and translate them into high‑impact advertising strategies.
- Build and pitch data‑driven advertising solutions across Search, YouTube and other Google platforms, handling objections and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Analyze performance data to extract insights, identify innovative growth opportunities, and generate qualified upsell pipelines.
- Develop trusted relationships with internal product, sales and operations teams as well as external customers and agencies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and delivery of measurable results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media or marketing roles.
- Fluent in both English and French, with proven ability to manage client relationships in the region.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a business‑related field, experience in a complex matrixed organization, and at least 1 year managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
