Accountant – AI Automation Focus

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant who will not only manage day‑to‑day financial operations but also lead the implementation of AI‑driven automation within our finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you will work in a fast‑growing entertainment and hospitality business based in Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close, manage the general ledger and fixed assets.
• Handle tax filing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform financial analysis and produce management reports.
• Support payroll processing.
• Design and build automation tools using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar.

Required profile

• Based in Dublin or nearby and able to work on‑site three days per week.
• Valid right to work in Ireland (work permit or Stamp 1g not accepted).
• End‑to‑end accounting experience in a high‑volume environment, preferably hospitality or retail.
• Proven ability to implement AI solutions with demonstrable results.
