Accounting Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting instructors to help train and evaluate AI systems that reason about accounting principles and financial reporting. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and communicates complex financial concepts for finance professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated accounting questions, explanations, and financial reasoning for accuracy and clarity.
• Assess correctness of concepts including financial statements, bookkeeping, internal controls, and managerial accounting.
• Identify errors, edge cases, and misleading or incomplete explanations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI output quality and precision.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching accounting at the post-secondary level.
• Strong command of both financial and managerial accounting principles.
• Ability to critically evaluate written quantitative and rule-based reasoning.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to meet project deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Expertise in financial accounting.
• Expertise in managerial accounting.
• Experience reviewing structured content at scale with attention to detail.
