About the role
Analog Devices is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support its Cork Design Center. The role involves a hands‑on approach to a variety of office tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations for the allocated team.
Key responsibilities
- Track time and attendance for the assigned group.
- Order components and materials as needed.
- Organise conferences, including room bookings, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Support site communications and internal employee events.
- Provide reception duties and general office support.
Required profile
- Flexible and quick to learn new skills, able to adapt to change.
- Proven ability to plan and track group events, facilities, catering and travel.
- Team‑oriented with willingness to provide backup support.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities without loss of composure.
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
