AI Architect – Enterprise Strategy

About the role

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of generative AI strategies and autonomous‑agent ecosystems for Fortune 500 clients. This client‑facing position blends deep technical execution with high‑level business strategy, allowing you to turn complex enterprise challenges into production‑grade AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on technical execution of AI engagements, turning strategic vision into autonomous‑agent systems using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders, facilitating workshops to identify high‑value use cases, assess data readiness, and define scalable MLOps roadmaps.
• Implement robust MLOps practices focused on observability, testing, and bias mitigation to ensure safe, ethical AI outputs.
• Integrate advanced models into enterprise platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Explore and prototype emerging low‑code/no‑code tools (e.g., Flowise) to keep the firm and its clients at the forefront of AI innovation.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in technical consulting, software engineering, or AI/ML roles with a proven record of deploying generative AI applications.
• Deep understanding of autonomous‑agent architecture, including reasoning, tool‑use, and planning.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior leaders.

Required skills

• Python programming
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen (or similar AI orchestration frameworks)
• Experience with vector databases
• Proficiency in MLOps practices and tools
• Hands‑on use of AI/ML services on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI services
• Integration experience with Salesforce and Workday platforms
