Product Engineer

About the role

Attio is building an AI‑native CRM and needs a Product Engineer who loves creating beautiful, high‑performance systems. You will work on both the Node.js backend and React frontend to help millions of users work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Implement product features using JavaScript/TypeScript in a Node.js backend and React frontend.
• Deliver cutting‑edge user experiences in a data‑rich, high‑performance application.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to uphold Attio’s engineering values.
• Continuously learn from senior technical talent and contribute to the team’s technical direction.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven track record of delivering independent solutions that solve real customer or product problems.
• Proactive, self‑motivated problem‑solver with a passion for learning new techniques.
• Clear understanding of how technical excellence translates into great user experiences.
• Effective communicator who can influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and design.
