Brand & Content Manager

About the role

The Diamond Expert is seeking a creative and organised Brand & Content Manager to elevate its digital presence. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional passionate about luxury jewellery, storytelling, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media content (reels, stories, posts, behind‑the‑scenes videos) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Capture day‑to‑day brand moments, jewellery pieces, client experiences and events for visual content.
• Edit short‑form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or InShot.
• Write captions and copy that reflect the brand’s luxury voice.
• Monitor performance analytics, produce monthly reports and suggest improvements.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Write GEO‑ and SEO‑friendly blog articles, product descriptions and website copy.
• Develop email newsletters and support ad‑copy creation.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a strong interest in luxury brands and jewellery.
• Excellent written communication and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the wider team.
