About the role
This is a remote Business Development Manager position focused on the gaming and technology sectors across the APAC region. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while partnering with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver tailored solutions for globally recognised brands.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets for gross margin, client acquisition and conversion in APAC.
- Own the end‑to‑end business development process: prospecting, outreach, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and tech clients, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose customized solutions.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially sound.
- Optimise CRM workflows and lead management using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing.
- Proven background in the gaming or technology industry.
- Experience in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Strong track record of managing pipelines and closing deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
