Channel Manager – EMEA (Remote, Ireland based)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to lead our reseller partner network across the EMEA region. Based in Ireland and working fully remotely, you will drive revenue growth for a fast‑growing international SaaS business by managing strategic partnerships, supporting renewals, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic reseller relationships throughout Europe.
• Own pipeline forecasting, revenue targets and renewal performance across the EMEA market.
• Enable partners through training, sales strategy guidance and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Lead executive‑level negotiations and represent the company at partner events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, compliance and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in channel or partner sales, with at least 2 years in SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Proven commercial, analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
