About the role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our award-winning Amazon agency. In this high-ownership role you will act as the trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them from onboarding through growth while ensuring measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously improve the process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, requests, and escalations.
- Develop tailored client success strategies based on business goals and data insights.
- Analyze customer data to maximize value, minimize churn, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Advocate for client needs in internal product and service discussions.
- Communicate agreements and requirements across departments for flawless execution.
- Mediate between clients and internal teams to align priorities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes, tutorials, and success programs.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in client success management, preferably within an agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 20-40 clients.
- Fluent English (written and spoken, advanced level).
