Marketing Coordinator – Content & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to lead content creation and social media activities for our fast‑growing drone services company. The role will support brand development, customer engagement and the promotion of our aerial solutions across Ireland and the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, website and marketing collateral.
• Develop case studies, project highlights, customer success stories and industry‑focused articles.
• Collaborate with operational teams to obtain imagery, video and technical information for marketing use.
• Manage social media channels, maintain content calendars, schedule posts and monitor engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages and enquiries, and identify trends to increase brand awareness.
• Support consistent application of branding across presentations, brochures and communications.
• Write and assist with newsletters and email campaign content using marketing platforms.
• Assist with event marketing materials for exhibitions, conferences, webinars and industry events.
• Monitor social media and content performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation or social media management.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• HubSpot or Mailchimp (or similar marketing automation tools).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content‑marketing best practices.
• Photography, videography or video‑editing experience (desirable).
