Commercial Account Executive – France

About the role

Datadog is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business across small to midsize markets in France. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle and showcasing the value of Datadog’s observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Generate net‑new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting.
• Develop deep product knowledge via ongoing training.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including technical demos and contract negotiations.
• Partner with Sales Development Representatives to build a robust pipeline.
• Target senior technology leaders such as CTOs, Engineering and IT heads, and technical end‑users.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, curious, and results‑driven sales professional.
• Fluent in French (required).
• Creative approach to account mapping and outreach.
• Ability to incorporate feedback and maintain a growth mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, technical environment.
• Proven quota‑carrying experience with a track record of success.
