Sales & Business Development Manager – Commercial Office Fitouts

About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new‑business generation and nurture existing client relationships for a company that delivers branding, fit‑out, signage and environmental transformation projects across Ireland and the UK. The role combines relationship building, commercial negotiation and cross‑functional project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients to generate opportunities across branding, fit‑out and environmental projects.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing accounts, seeking opportunities to expand services.
• Lead commercial conversations, including meetings, presentations and proposal discussions, to understand client needs and shape tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal operations, production and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution from enquiry to completion.
• Support wider sales and marketing initiatives such as networking, brand development and relationship building.
• Assist with quotations, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations while monitoring project timelines and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably within construction, interiors, fit‑outs, facilities management, branding, media, print or manufacturing.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to earn client trust and develop long‑term partnerships.
• Commercial awareness, comfortable discussing pricing, proposals and negotiations.
• Proactive, self‑motivated approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
