Director of EMEA Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of EMEA Sales to drive regional growth for a U.S. SaaS company operating in the Data Management space. Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, you will lead both direct and channel sales motions across priority EMEA markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own EMEA revenue targets and deliver consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
• Execute the regional go‑to‑market plan and identify priority markets, segments, and verticals.
• Lead, coach, and scale high‑performing direct sales teams; recruit and develop top talent.
• Build and grow a partner ecosystem (SIs, MSPs, resellers, tech partners) to expand reach.
• Run forecasting, pipeline discipline, and deal governance to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Support strategic enterprise deals with senior stakeholder and executive engagement.
• Provide regional insights to global leadership to influence product, packaging, and planning.

Required profile

• 12+ years of B2B & B2C SaaS sales experience, with 4‑5 years leading an EMEA team.
• Proven success across direct and channel sales motions with consistent over‑achievement.
• Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers and strong executive presence.
• Demonstrated cadence in forecasting, pipeline management, negotiation, and SaaS metrics.
• Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment across cultures and countries.
• Additional European language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus.
