Commercial Account Manager – Fresh Produce

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fresh produce business supplying high‑quality fruit and vegetables across Ireland and international markets. As we expand, we need a commercially driven Account Manager to deepen customer relationships, uncover new opportunities and drive profitable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer accounts across retail, wholesale and foodservice channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase margin and overall sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, supply‑chain, operations and logistics teams.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements and competitor activity.
• Seek out new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and customer interactions.
