About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.
• Deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Drive exceptional customer service standards across retail and trade customers.
• Manage, coach, and develop staff to create a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and supplier coordination.
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational costs effectively.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of management experience in a large retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development abilities.
• A business‑related degree.
