About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join a respected construction brand with a long‑standing reputation in the building market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance.
- Deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets.
- Drive exceptional customer service standards across retail and trade customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop staff to create a high‑performance culture.
- Oversee stock control, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and supplier coordination.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational costs effectively.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of management experience in a large retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and staff development abilities.
- A business‑related degree.
