About the role

Sports Direct is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a small in‑store team. You will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, ensuring a world‑class customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team within an in‑store department, providing on‑the‑spot feedback and celebrating successes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and commercial goals.
• Support colleagues through training, development programmes and continuous learning.
• Uphold company values and promote a positive, engaging work environment.

Required profile

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for retail and people management.
• Confident leader who can motivate and challenge team members.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills at all levels.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire to be the best.
