Construction Estimating Administrator

About the role
The Estimating Administrator will support a busy estimating department within a large construction firm in East Cork. You will ensure accurate recording of drawings and Bills of Quantities, and help coordinate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Register and record drawings and Bills of Quantities according to established procedures.
- Enter project information accurately into internal systems.
- Copy, distribute and issue drawings and key documents to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers by phone or email to obtain quotations and required information.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- 1‑2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
