Construction Project Manager – Newbuild Apartment Scheme

About the role

We are an established property developer operating across the UK and Europe, seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a new‑build apartment scheme in Limerick valued at approximately €10 million.

Key responsibilities

• Act as No.1 on site, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
• Manage day‑to‑day project delivery from inception to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Maintain client‑facing relationships and address client concerns.
• Oversee site documentation, progress reporting, and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in Irish construction.
• Background with a main contractor or subcontractor.
• Strong residential experience, preferably apartments.
• Site Manager or Foreman experience will be considered.
