Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

MSL Motor Group is looking for a creative and performance‑driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join its central marketing team. Based at the Naas Road head office, you will produce high‑quality digital content and manage social media activity that brings the group’s automotive brands to life online.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit and publish video, photography and graphic content for social and digital platforms.
• Capture in‑showroom activity, vehicle walk‑arounds, brand features and events.
• Create drone footage to showcase dealership locations and facilities.
• Write engaging captions and ad copy to maximise reach, engagement and enquiries.
• Support the planning, activation and optimisation of organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to develop monthly content calendars and deliver tailored creative assets.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the automotive sector, especially Mercedes‑Benz, smart, BYD, Škoda and XPENG.
• Full, clean driving licence for daily travel to dealerships.
• Ability to work on‑site at dealerships and external locations.

Required skills

• Videography and photography.
• Drone operation (where appropriate).
• Social media content creation and paid advertising.
• Copywriting for captions and ad copy.
