About the role
This part‑time, hourly contract position works remotely as a Copywriting & Content Subject Matter Expert. You will review AI‑generated marketing and content outputs, create expert copy, and provide precise feedback to improve AI model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI‑generated copy for accuracy, clarity, brand fit, tone, and compliance.
- Identify logical gaps, messaging issues, audience targeting problems, and factual errors.
- Create high‑quality gold‑standard prompts and rewrites across formats such as landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, social posts, product copy, scripts, and long‑form guides.
- Rate and compare multiple AI responses, offering actionable feedback and rationale.
- Test AI outputs for hallucinations, bias, unsafe advice, and brand inconsistencies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional copywriting, content writing, editorial, or brand storytelling experience.
- Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience‑aware writing for B2B and/or B2C.
- Ability to spot and correct factual errors, weak reasoning, overclaims, and compliance risks.
- Minimum C1 English proficiency and reliable, self‑directed remote work habits.
- Prior experience with AI data training, content QA, editorial operations, or style‑guide governance is a plus.
