Content Manager – Lead Multidisciplinary Content Team

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Content Manager to lead a multidisciplinary content organization in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment. You will shape how content, social media, design, and CMS operations work together to deliver consistent, high‑quality outputs that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Content department, aligning priorities with overall business strategy.
• Define and enforce KPIs, goals, and accountability frameworks for individuals and the team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining visibility over workloads, priorities, and delivery timelines across creative streams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and output quality.
• Drive people‑management processes, including performance reviews, coaching, development plans, and career progression.
• Support hiring, onboarding, team adjustments, and off‑boarding as needed.
• Represent the Content team in cross‑functional planning and decision‑making sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in team leadership, people management, or department management.
• Background in content, marketing, social media, design, or other creative‑driven environments.
• Strong organizational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead performance‑management processes and deliver constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content production workflows.
