Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communications for a fast‑moving Irish organisation. The role is hands‑on, working closely with senior leadership, operations and corporate functions to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and external communications across the business.
• Develop clear, engaging content for employees, leadership and external audiences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on key messaging, announcements and business updates.
• Support employee engagement and organisational change communications.
• Plan, execute and deliver communications campaigns, projects and events.
• Assist corporate communications activities, including media monitoring and drafting responses.
• Collaborate with external agencies and creative partners.
• Maintain consistency of messaging, tone and communication standards throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in communications, PR or corporate affairs (in‑house or agency).
• Strong writing, editing and content development abilities.
• Proven experience in both internal and external communications.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Practical, collaborative and solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience delivering communications campaigns or engagement initiatives.
