Director of Customer Analytics (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Customer Analytics to lead a high‑performing team on a 6‑month contract. Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, you will shape the analytics strategy that drives commercial and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Customer Analytics team covering data science, insights and decisioning.
• Define and execute the customer analytics strategy using internal and external data sources.
• Act as Business Sponsor for PEGA Decisioning, delivering real‑time personalised next‑best‑action recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Marketing, IT, Data, Data Protection and the wider business to deliver the roadmap.
• Lead advanced analytics projects such as propensity modelling, recommendation engines, marketing attribution and media‑mix modelling.
• Foster a commercial measurement culture, ensuring marketing activities are tracked, understood and acted upon.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within customer, marketing or commercial analytics.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale customer or marketing transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, including attribution and media‑mix modelling.
• Experience with decisioning or recommendation platforms, ideally PEGA Customer Decision Hub or PEGA Marketing.
• Strong statistical, modelling and data‑visualisation capabilities, with the ability to communicate impact to senior leaders.
• Ability to work closely with Data Engineering teams to scale analytics infrastructure and improve governance.
