Corporate Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join the Group Corporate Development team of a leading Irish PLC. The role offers a front‑row seat to the company’s global acquisition and corporate development strategy, working directly with senior Group and divisional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and execute M&A and corporate development opportunities worldwide.
• Build and stress‑test complex financial models to support investment decisions.
• Own the transaction lifecycle from initial assessment and due diligence through to closing.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage external advisors such as legal, tax and financial firms.
• Support the negotiation and preparation of key transaction documentation.

Required profile

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 0–2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Background in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance at a Big 4 or Top 6 advisory firm.
• Strong academic record and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
