About the role

We are partnering with a leading, high‑growth professional services firm in Dublin to recruit a motivated and technically strong Corporate Finance Senior. Key responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Lead multiple high‑value projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals.
• Client Advisory: Act as a senior advisor to business owners and boards on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structures.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, lead pitching processes, and expand the firm’s professional network.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, overseeing career progression and department resources.
• Risk & Compliance: Own project risk assessments and ensure transactions meet internal and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• 1‑2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in a similar practice environment preferred.
• A passion for delivering an excellent client experience.
• Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
• Motivated, effective team player with a proactive approach.
