Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate / Associate

About the role

William Fry’s Corporate team is seeking an experienced lawyer to join as a Senior Associate or Associate. You will work on sophisticated, cross‑border corporate transactions and advisory matters for leading Irish and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on large, complex corporate deals with an Irish component.
• Draft and review contracts, transaction documents, and corporate governance materials.
• Provide commercial‑focused legal advice to corporate, financial, and public‑sector clients.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a large, medium, or boutique law firm.
• Excellent technical and drafting abilities with a strong eye for detail.
• Proven track record of high‑quality client service and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and flexible approach to workload.
