Corporation Tax Manager

About the role

Join Sisk’s Tax Team as a Corporation Tax Manager, based at the CityWest Dublin head office. You will lead corporate tax compliance, planning and risk management for the Group across Ireland and multiple international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporation tax calculations and returns for all Group entities, including upcoming Pillar II requirements.
• Ensure timely preliminary tax payments and balance settlements.
• Provide Transfer Pricing and Inter‑Company Pricing support.
• Liaise with external advisors, auditors, Irish Revenue, HMRC and other foreign tax authorities.
• Assist with tax planning, budgeting and the financial impact of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Partner with project managers, legal and operations teams on tax implications of large contracts and international projects.
• Monitor legislative changes and evaluate their effect on the Group.
• Maintain and improve internal tax controls and risk‑management policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and UK tax systems; exposure to international tax is essential.
• CTA qualified, ACA/ACCA accredited accountant.
• Motivated, hands‑on attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
