Customer Assistant – Phoneshop (30-35 hrs)

About the role

Join the Tesco Phoneshop team in Tyrrelstown as a Customer Assistant. You will help customers find the perfect phone and tariff while delivering a friendly, high‑quality retail experience in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Always put the customer first and provide personalised advice.
• Maintain product availability and ensure the shop floor and back‑area are clean and tidy.
• Follow department routines, processes and health‑and‑safety policies.
• Use the training provided to operate store systems and complete sales transactions.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team spirit.

Required profile

• Warm, friendly and approachable with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Motivated to work in a sales and service environment.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing retail setting.
• Enjoys working with the latest mobile technology.
• Team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Punctual, well‑presented and ready to act as a Tesco Mobile brand ambassador.
