Sales Adviser – Retail & Telesales (Split Role)

About the role

Join Vodafone’s dynamic team in Donegal Town as a Sales Adviser working across both the retail store and the call centre. This split role lets you engage customers face‑to‑face and over the phone, building a versatile sales skillset while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a first‑class Vodafone experience to in‑store customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying needs and recommending solutions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products and services, generating leads and closing sales across both channels.
• Manage customer accounts with a focus on service excellence.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations when required.
• Collaborate with a high‑energy team and adapt your schedule based on business needs.

Required profile

• Confident communicator both face‑to‑face and on the phone.

• Sales experience is an advantage, but attitude and drive are essential.
