About the role
AXA Assistance is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join its Athlone Customer Centre. You will provide compassionate assistance to customers facing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations across Ireland, the UK and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional support to customers experiencing emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with a network of suppliers and contractors to arrange swift assistance.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, guiding customers through challenging situations.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and keep accurate records of all interactions.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage conflict, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Organised, flexible and a proactive team player.
