Operator – French, Portuguese & Spanish (Generative AI)

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Operator fluent in French, Portuguese and Spanish to join our Dublin office. The role focuses on applying Generative AI technologies to improve content creation, management and user interaction while supporting business customers through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and test Generative AI tools to enhance content workflows.
• Verify and review information according to policy and compliance guidelines.
• Gather information via outbound calls to businesses in designated countries.
• Summarise, review and complete various user requests with high attention to detail.
• Analyse data using MS Excel to support content operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align content strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one of French, Portuguese or Spanish.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern (7 days a week).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Required skills

• Prompt engineering for Generative AI.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis.
