About the role
Join a close‑knit team handling customer and dealer queries for several well‑known automotive brands. You will work across inbound calls, emails and internal systems, delivering professional and efficient service at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries received through phone, email, and internal systems
- Provide professional and efficient support across multiple channels
- Review and process warranty claims and related payments
- Manage B2B customer service and warranty‑related queries
- Maintain accurate customer service and warranty reports
- Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments where required
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care
- Operate effectively within a dynamic and evolving team environment
Required profile
- Previous customer service or customer‑facing experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT aptitude with the ability to learn multiple systems
- Professional, calm, and customer‑focused approach
- Living in Dublin with the right to work (sponsorship not provided)

- Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
