About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales & Customer Service Representative to join our Dublin team. The role combines inbound and outbound calling, email and web‑chat support to deliver sales and service to existing and prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and web‑chats efficiently.
- Promote products and services through telesales while meeting sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and process administrative tasks in line with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including SLA compliance.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, call‑centre or customer service environments.
- Strong analytical ability to assess moderately complex situations.
- Ability to manage time, priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
