Data Analyst (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with data scientists, business analysts and product owners to translate business needs into robust data solutions and insightful dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data migration activities and perform detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather MI and dashboard requirements.
• Design innovative data solutions that address complex business problems.
• Create field‑level mappings for multiple management information dashboards.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that visualise key performance indicators.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting layers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data engineering or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience with the PyData stack (Pandas, NumPy) and data modelling in Python.
• Strong intermediate Excel skills (COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, pivot tables).
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau, Power BI or comparable visualisation tools.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases such as Teradata, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, with strong SQL optimisation abilities.
