Decision Scientist - AI Trainer

About the role

DataAnnotation is seeking experienced quantitative professionals to work directly with state‑of‑the‑art AI models. As a Decision Scientist – AI Trainer you will evaluate AI‑generated quantitative analyses, design challenging problems, and provide feedback that shapes how these systems reason about data and scientific questions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated statistical analysis, predictive models, and data‑driven insights for technical accuracy and real‑world validity.
• Design and solve quantitative problems used to train and benchmark AI systems, covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code.
• Provide actionable feedback that directly influences the next generation of quantitative AI models.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or operations research.
• Comfortable writing and reviewing end‑to‑end analytical code.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
